Honestly everything. If your considering a job don't do it to yourself they will run you to the ground and not care when they ruin you. Any positive reviews on here are coming from management. They put young girls in dangerous situations. The sad thing is management all have daughters yet they treat the girls terribly Your not allowed to be sick. Your not allowed days off or to say no to a school. You drive for hours every day. Sometimes you'll drive almost 3 hours for 2 lessons. It's not worth your time. They refuse to give you schools in the area because they pay a flat petrol rate. You have to go away in feral small towns and stay at the worst accommodation possible all the time and you can't say no. Pay is terrible i slaves my butt for that company and made less than 30k The list in endless just please don't work there

Unreasonable expectations for travel around greater NSW area. Very irresponsible planning of distances travelled. Exposing staff to a high risk of driver fatigue. Whilst hours on a regular basis are reasonable - at the end of the year the days are dangerously long and again the travel is unreasonable. Salary is low, little room to grow in a career path.
