If you've always wanted to be a dietitian, this is probably not the job for you. You will be working primarily as a social worker and Instacart support agent. Most patients don't care to talk about nutrition and are only there for the gift cards they are given. You waste hours dragging out phone calls to meet your required units. Foodsmart pays RDs the least amount that I have seen for remote work but claim to support their members who can't afford food, while giving no regard to the pay of their actual dietitians. No annual raises, no increase in pay for number of years of experience, no respect as a clinician.

There is no clear vision and direction, a lack of support from managers, ineffective leadership, and they will cut you high and dry. Stay away from this place!
