      Pros

      - Co-founders are both incredibly bright individuals who also complement each other well - Revenue teams (marketing, sales, CS) are well integrated, meaning communication is in real-time and problems get solved quickly - GTM strategy is slowly becoming more and more clear as the market sends stronger signals that it's ready for our product - People are absolutely amazing. And we even have an office dog!

      Cons

      - Company growth is really starting to accelerate which is putting more on everyone's plates - Processes change so quickly sometimes that it can be hard to get your feet under you

      The company's DNA is fantastic! I find the team to be very kind and willing to teach and share their knowledge, its truly a very collaborative environment. I also like the high energy and passion for the product and company. I look forward to coming to work each day.

      Cons

      I live in the South Bay so the commute is a challenge.
