Breakfast, lunch, and monthly birthday cupcakes.

Cons

Horrible management that does not listen to the concerns of their employees. A workload that isn’t manageable without destroying your nervous system. A normalized burn out/no boundaries culture. Discouraged from using PTO and sick time. Weekly overtime. Enabling attorneys’ abuse of power. A very traumatizing work environment.
