Pros
The people working there are top-level, making it possible to learn a lot. Really good live - work balance. Interesting and complex problems to solve. Open and transparent communication with the full company.
Cons
Low pay compared to the rest of the industry. Even if there is open communication channels, sometimes they are 'useless', due to the company´s inhability / willingness to act on the comments.
