I am really sorry to hear about your experience which is diametrically opposed to other reviews about Flywheel on this site. Also we don't have or never have had an office in Milton Keynes.
Help Desk roles with Managed Services Providers are very fast paced and not for everyone, that is why we are now only recruiting Help Desk Engineers that have previous experience within an MSP environment.
