I am deeply disappointed with the direction Flybuys has taken since the new CCO and the recent additions to the customer team management. After the demerger from Coles in 2020, Flybuys had developed a positive and collaborative culture. However, this progress has been entirely undone by the current ELT management.The once encouraging and supportive atmosphere has deteriorated into a toxic environment filled with fake positivity. Many of the talented and dedicated employees who contributed to Flybuys' success have been forced out or bullied, leaving behind a shell of what the company used to be.
It's disheartening to see how the poor leadership and managerial practices have destroyed a great workplace. If you're considering a position at Flybuys, be prepared for a challenging and demoralizing experience.
