      Pros

      As a CloudOps Engineer, I worked at Flybits for over 4 years, and I can definitely say their cloud infrastructure is top-notch. They follow best practices in cloud environments and actively promote new technologies within the company. The culture is incredibly welcoming and open to building your own ideas, as long as they align with business needs. Flybits is where I built strong connections and found supportive mentors. Everyone is open to collaborate and help—no matter what team you’re on. I’m glad I had the chance to be part of it.
 + Summer hours + Free lunches on Tuesdays and Fridays + Tremendous support on learning opportunities such as cloud certifications + Slow down week in December

      Cons

      - No exit interviews — would be valuable insights for them - Learning curve can be high with the advanced tech stack and new initiatives for new hires — it’s sort of the nature of tech start-ups, though.
