Pros

They spend a lot of money on meetings, dinners, etc. You get to stay in nice hotels, eat good food and enjoy off-site meetings and events.

Cons

New ideas and talent are not valued. The new management likes to reward or hire people that "fit" their subservient culture where submissive employees are valued but not the highly skilled or talented employees. Many of the layoff and hiring in 2023 reflect this. Hiring and retaining top talent is not a priority and pleasing management is more important that relying on skills, expertise and talent to survive or get promoted. NOTE: The review is for the new management in 2023 not the ex-CEO or CFO (although this review lists the ex-CEO, Manuel Perez Dubuc)

Problems with the Leadership

Pros

The company has an interesting and much-needed product with really talented and hardworking employees.

Cons

All of the Pros are rendered useless by the incompetency of the leadership. The C-suite has little to no experience with the product and the market and they show a deliberate reluctance to listen to the internal experts. This behavior has resulted in lots of experts leaving the company but the leadership has chosen to pay no attention. They seem more comfortable in making arbitrary decisions based on individual whims whether policies impact long-term strategy for the products or employee morale. The C-suite has gone out of its way to ignore employees or acknowledge that there is a problem in the leadership.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Talented coworkers.

Cons

- A lot of politics going on, with non-pros (C-suite) calling the shots on technical stuff and not really listening to the professionals. - They've been laying people off for the past six months, and according to the investors, the restructuring won't be done until the end of 2023. You won't even know about the layoffs until the day it happens. The CEO said in an AMA a few months ago that there wouldn't be any layoffs, but obviously, that's not true.
