It still had a start-up vibe and it was a lot of fun with very smart people around

There were some nice people - none of them worked for the parent company, West, Intrado or whatever they’ve renamed themselves to.

Cons

Name it. The culture, leadership, lack of execution, organization, and direction. Constant layoffs, re-orgs, poor or no communication, shady business practices. The salary and benefits are all below market. An entirely toxic environment.
