Unorganized at the highest levels Lack of ability to plan ahead long term Constant thrash in terms of priorities Lack of respect for meeting time, agendas, and purpose. Everything is 'last minute', rushed, and on fire. Constant fire fighting means tactical methodical work is back burnered until that burner then catches on fire. Promised big things, good luck getting any kind of raise, bonus, or promotion unless you are part of the 'in' circle. Management does nothing actively mentor or structure a career growth plan. If you ask for what you can do better, it will be crickets and promises of promotion with no tangible actions.
