As long as you're happy doing the same task day after day, you'll love it. Management and ownership do not care about employee growth or progress.

This is a small company with zero understanding of how to develop. They got lucky with one product that will soon be obsolete. They are also afraid of change. They will discriminate and set double standards at will. There is no process control, training, pay is extremely low. Only a matter of time until they are sued and close their doors.
