      Company Gives Back to our Community

      Pros

      This family business takes care of it's employees, cares about the enviroment, and gives back to the community. It is innovative, fast paced, and well managed. Great place for a career. Smart people doing amazing good things.

      Cons

      The office enviroment has greatly improved. It was really dated, old, and dirty. Now it is almost 'hip'....the new Product Development space encourages collaboration and creativity.

      Pros

      You get to learn several different machines and switch up jobs regularly. It's nice to be physically active all day. My coworkers are pretty great.

      Cons

      Pay and communication with upper management could definitely be improved

      Pros

      They're a locally owned company. Have a basketball court/gym on site at work. They give free membership for you and your family to a 24hr gym and one the college in town to use the pool, and other amenities. If you wanted a position that involved a college degree they will pay for college. I'm sure I'm missing some but all in all it's a nice place to work.

      Cons

      Only con is pay could be better but that's pretty much everywhere. So none that come to mind.
