- lots of mobility on the product/eng side of the org - thoughtful and caring leadership - room for advancement - good work/life balance

Cons

- slow to make decisions - not really an agile environment - eventually went through multiple acquisitions which changed culture

Pros

Working at Flocabulary was a life-changing experience. They truly helped bring out the best in me and I look back on my time there with reverence. It was just an incredible time.

Cons

Too few to mention. We were in growth mode and we had to deal with the typical growing pains of a high-growth org.
