      "Good pay, no accountable VPs"

      Pros

      There are a lot of hard working people that care (but VPs don't listen), free food on Tuesday, good location, yoga at lunch, & Macbook/PC options

      Cons

      Suck up to the VPs and you're golden! Disagree (especially if you're female) and goodbye. Engineers, AMs, Sales people, managers, directors be warned. Check the turnover on LinkedIn. The people who do the work are not respected or appreciated. People are easily hired and fired. In the past couple months, there have been a dozen departures and there are only 60 people in the entire Co.

      Fun Atmosphere, Big Egos/Low Stability

      Pros

      Free lunch on Tuesdays, relaxed environment and use as much as you need PTO.

      Cons

      Directors and leaders with big egos (don't expect half of them to even say hello to you when they walk past you), which is laughable when you realize how much trouble the company is in. Office culture talk a big game about feedback, but does not offer any to employees.

      Great place to learn about start-up environment

      Pros

      - Nice place to work with different kinds of people. - Co-workers are friendly - Nice office in the middle of downtown San Francisco - Lunch one time a week

      Cons

      - There are some management level that doesn't know what they are doing and don't have management skill to mentor co-workers. - Direction of the company is always changing which can be challenging and concerning. - Management or CEO needs to figure who is loyal to the company and who just wants to earn a paycheck. - Feedback to employees can sometimes disappear over a year. - Promises were not kept.
