Where do I start? The CEO seems like a nice guy and when he holds town hall meetings, he seems sincere and has command of the room and facts. When I actually watch what he does and not to the words he says; he's the typical insecure narcissist that pretends to be in command of himself, the facts and those around him when clearly he is not. The place is a mess. Extreme turnover in any management position is usually a sign that the "C" level executive team is in panic mode and has lost its way. This is whats has happened at Flinn since 2016. Its been worse since COVID19. Employees that were invited back after being furloughed have been told directly from management not to tell their still furloughed coworkers about what is going on at Flinn. There are an alarming amount of Customer Care emails sitting unanswered. The senior leadership team has made a series of mistakes since COVID19 targeting markets that they simply cannot win in while forgetting what made Flinn great in the first place.

Let me count the ways: Irresponsibly overpriced insurance CEO who lacks any general understanding of the company or how it works. Seems content to run "numbers" and not engage employees until there is a negative Glassdoor review in which case he will ask for it to be removed and then pass the blame. Ask him what any department does and he will just stare at you blankly or give you a speech. That's really all he knows how to do. Outdated software with a team who has no idea what they are doing All Over 40 White Male "leadership" team. Extremely sexist, no diversity, slightly racist. No advancement opportunities for women in a leadership role outside of a department manager . Capable staff have been run out Popularity contest Zero and I mean ZERO communication through the company or through departments. Constantly advised of this but nothing ever happens.
