You can make a positive impact in the organization. The culture is innovative and encouraging.
Cons
Things change rapidly. This can be perceived as a good thing or a bad thing. To be successful at FlightWorks, you must be flexible and committed to doing the best job that you can on a daily basis.
This use to be a great company until the current CEO destroyed it by ousting any employee with longevity of 5-7 plus years.
Cons
Worked with many dedicated employees during my time with company but after 7 years you need to update your resume. No matter what they need to make margin at all cost. Operations has went south rapidly especially at the top. Do more with less
Upper management does not communicate to outside offices. HR dept was clueless. Direction of company is downward when commercial side loses money and customers yearly.
