As a company of 70 people with customers in the US, EU and Asia Pacific, we hope there is and will be ample opportunity to grow as we expand our business.
For engineering in particular, We are recruiting for a number of roles which can mean new technical exposure or leadership roles should skills and qualities fit for internal moves.
Structurally we have engineers who work in teams with project/product managers, the CTO and ultimately the CEO. It is a flat and collaborative environment. At the same time there is direction and a set of goals, as with any company, and probably rightly this is more top down than bottom up.
We have Friday Project-X (virtual and in person) sessions where creative muscles are most welcome. Ideas here can be carried forward with a test and fail or succeed and grow construct. Anyone with a hot idea is most welcome to join.
