Pros
- the people here really make the experience. Everyone is incredibly supportive, kind, open to feedback, etc. - management has the right balance of a traditional mindset while also being progressive and open minded. - though they are an established company, they’re still quite small (around 100 employees) with steady growth. This allows any newcomers to have their opinions heard and offers lots of opportunity to rise through the ranks relatively quickly - salaries are great - the sales team is extremely successful working in tandem with a great partnership team bringing lucrative leads through the funnel
Cons
- because the company is still small, it acts like a startup in the sense that it’s fast paced and you’ll have your hands in many projects across departments. I don’t see this as a con, but some might.
