Pros
No fake personalities here, management is very personable and treats everyone like family. You don't just get a job you get a family and the support needed to be successful. Great place to learn and grow your IT skills. They work with small companies all they way up to corporate level companies. They are able to handle highlevel support with a wide range of knowledge. If you don't know the answer there is someone on the team that does.
Cons
Sales, I couldn't get comfortable with attempting to sell customers solutions. I always felt there should be a sales team or management that steps in and pitches solutions instead of the engineer
