      It's a good place to get some quick experience in an industry that is on an upswing.

      Cons

      HR is ruthless. Good employees leave about as quick as they come in, leaving the chaff behind.

      Pros

      FlexGen was an awesome place to work for before the new management took over. Everyone was valued and worked hard to make the company succeed.

      Cons

      Now they are obsessed with selling the company. They are making very questionable decisions to make the company look profitable. The new leadership has fired and laid off people who have been backbone of this company and keep hiring their own yes men.

      Great work life balance. Adequately staffed teams. Get to work with some of the brightest minds.

      Cons

      Management needs to do better with resource allocation on projects. Don't expect anything from the HR. Not much into employee retainment though they claim they are.
