Flex Legal are the perfect platform to utilise if you are struggling to obtain a graduate legal role. I found it difficult to secure a grad paralegal role, as some roles deemed me as overqualified and other 'entry level roles' required me to have 6 to 12 months legal experience. Flex Legal were efficient in helping me to secure a paralegal role at an international law firm, which is something I am grateful for.

Cons

Sometimes there's a downturn as expected because it is an agency. You many not get assigned to a role for long periods.
