      You learn how to work under pressure and still be correct to the guests (personal).

      Cons

      You learn to work under big pressure when it's busy because of the minimum staff, if you are new in this company you won't get the time in the beginning to learn everything correctly, and as a tutor you don't have the time to teach the workpogresses correctly to new staff.
