Pros
They provide training on six month of time period where candidate will enough familiar to the industry knowledge and norms. All the facilities canteen and buses for all routes are available.
Cons
As freshers we have to accept all the challenges and i don't think there is any such a challenge. The environment is really good and friendly to work here.
