Pros

Nothing. There is nothing positive about this company. ***** ALMOST ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE YOU SEE ARE FAKE REVIEWS, WRITTEN BY THE Flanders MANAGEMENT BY THEMSELVES. *****

Cons

They don't care about the students. Its a fake company who gives training by putting some videos in YOUTUBE. and very low salaries. EVERY THING HERE IS FRAUD. The management tells bunch of lies to lure the candidates and get them into their training. Training sucks. They don't care about their employees/consultants. After joining here, I realized the facts. ***** ALMOST ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE YOU … SEE ARE FAKE REVIEWS, WRITTEN BY THE Flanders MANAGEMENT BY THEMSELVES. ***** Don't be fooled the positive reviews you see on this website. I left this consultancy after number of horrible experiences.

Pros

Fantastic people who truly care about the work they provide and believing that they make a difference. Great mid-level managers that are extremely overworked

Cons

Upper management that has spent too much time and money on R&D. Too much change and indecisiveness decisions on management roles. Hiring people into Senior level management positions that are unqualified.

Pros

Good technology and interesting work as long as you align with the blisters*. Blisters: They come after the hard work has been done.

Cons

Hiring and firing have become management’s favorite hobby, a poor substitute for real leadership or accountability. Decisions are driven less by competence or results and more by loyalty—where obedience is rewarded and boot‑lickers are promoted, while actual contributors are churned out.
