      Pros

      Positive culture and people who are passionate about what they do and want to become better. Employee happiness is highly promoted and the benefits like provision of lunch is great

      Cons

      Growing pains associated with a company that has seen significant growth in a short timescales, however this is recognized and things are changing to allow for future growth.

      I'm glad that you can see improvements, I can assure you that there are a lot of things being done, but sometimes the the daily whirlwind takes over. We are getting there though - and each becoming better!

      Clear and manageable objectives. All staff members are welcoming and professional. The focus is on high quality products and exceptional service. All team members are customer focused and goal driven. Promoting from within.

      There are no cons that spring to mind, just keep doing what you are doing and progress even further.
