      Employees are treated very well and are valued. 5Point offers great work-life balance. They are extremely supportive of your goals and try to do whatever they can to help you reach them. Exceptional benefits including offering an in-house gym for employees and quarterly challenges with great prizes.

      Cons

      I wish that service awards were different, maybe monetary or just more.
