      The supervisors are nice

      Cons

      Worst company I’ve ever worked for. They do not care about their employees..the turnover there is ridiculous. I’ve seen so many managers and supervisors leave. The CEO is so cheap and does not pay well. Awful company.

      Five Star has been in business for 24 years with hundreds of employees. Throughout the decades we have promoted many associates to management roles and we strongly believe on internal growth opportunities for 'qualified and capable staff'. Five Star pays very fairly and we have hundreds of staff who support this.

      Uses employees as floaters then dump them.

      None very unstable company, Uses people telling them you will be hired as building manager only to be used as floater. Promising you a building to manage. But it will never happen.

      Cons

      PAY IS LOW. Not organized. No training. Lie about your position in the company. They will use you.

Comments from our valued staff are quite positive which do not relate to your comments about using people and lie about roles. We do wish you the best in your future employment.
