      Good work life balance, OTs are rare. Ideal for people seeking a workplace to retire or sail through. Nothing more.

      Dated practices. Too many yes man doing things that are what the boss wants but may not be right for the business. High turnover rates

      Reali cannot think of any.......

      From the veri top to middle management reali bad. No clear goal, double standards and cluster managers and opts manager were just yes man/woman.... no bonus and no increment and low balls on salary packages. Too many redtapes and the worst is too many rotten apples in the whole basket...
