It’s Monday to Friday so your weekends will always be free. In my experience the management I feel are there to help you better understand your position and will assist you where possible.
Cons
Personally I would say for what I do, the salary could be a little more competitive.

There are great opportunities to progress and to learn new roles within the business. Everyone is aiming to hit their own targets as well as the teams.
Cons
Targets hard to obtain at some times. Atmosphere in office can sometime be low due to more home working.
