Pros
I can work on my own. There aren't any weekends to have to work. Very flexible evening schedule and you can get more hours here an there filling in for other people. Work isn't too hard most of the time.
Cons
Short hours and pay is not very high. You can wait anywhere between 90 days to a year for your first raise (they decide when). You ask for supplies and things they are always on back order or they "forget". You have to clean and dust with paper towels because there are no rags or dusters. Paper towels make a huge mess dusting. It takes FOREVER to get cleaning supplies when you start to run out.
