      Pros

      You get a pay check--but a pretty small one. Time for hobbies or family responsibilities.

      Cons

      Tons of unpaid work. No pay for fueling, waiting for a mechanic on the road with a broken bus, washing the bus, sweeping etc. No opportunities for advancement. All full-time office positions and similar go to boss's favourites.

      Part time, good for moms with little children

      Cons

      Low pay. Way too much responsibilities for such a low compensation. Most of the kids are disrespectful and messy and their parents are demanding and complaining not stop. The drivers with seniority will treat you like you are nothing and will do anything to get rid of you at the first year, because they want extra route covers.

      Not a good company to drive bus for

      The Vancouver/Surrey company Corporation will hire you in DESPERATE need for drivers because people/drivers don't stay.

      Cons

      This company is a typical corporation. The dispatch gets you to do the dirty work and lifting for wheel chairs and unwanted routes in order to protect their safety supervisor. It can be very clique.its quite possible that you will be used especially if your a hard worker for the companies benefit. You will be blamed for any accident that may occur. The buses break down a lot.
