      Horrible company culture and atmosphere

      There honestly were not any pros

      Cons

      This was one of the most toxic company atmospheres I have ever experienced. There was BLATANT but yet subtle and unaddressed racism in the process of internal promotion to management status, and there were very ignorant people who led the underlying culture. There was workplace mobbbing and abuse and gossip. Toxicity.

      Equian purchased the company and the management went down hill fast.
