excellent benefits and good working hours a convenient working location with nice offices and free snacks
Cons
Small private firm where you really need to "know" someone or be a friend of the family to have a chance at moving ahead of the position and salary that you start at. Managment / ownership is a small opinionated group of people, so if you don't impress the right person you may be treated poorly and have a short career there. They tend to bring people in as temps or contractors bragging about benefits that you will never see. Plan #2 is hire young college students or fresh graduates at very low salary.
