      Pros

      Employs some good people. Great location. Travel card paid for (after passing probation). Fruit and cakes provided daily.

      Cons

      Too many promises given on interviews - the more they need you the more promises you will hear. after a month or two it becomes apparent that none of them will ever materialise and you are facing another job hunt. Few nasty bullies work there, who are allowed to treat everyone around like garbage because senior management has no clue how to handle those people. No HR - hiring and firing done by trainee team leaders with no HR knowledge or training. Senior management is apathetic and not very supportive.

      Flexi-time Coffee, tea and fresh fruit Soho based London office

      Cons

      Terrible senior management with low moral standards and egotistical CEO and MD. Senior management treat staff who choose to resign and leave the company very poorly. When an employee leaves the company the senior management will do everything they can not to pay salary or commissions owed and will do their best to ruin the ex-employees credibility and reputation by character assignation. Company / CEO refuses to support any charities You will not find a positive review about this company from an ex-employees. If you want a good career in recruitment then there are much better people and agencies to work for.

      Donuts Biscuits Occasional Karaoke night out A few nice employees

      Egotistical, Hypocritical and very Opinionated senior Management CEO''s and MD's are very tight with money and count every last penny Lots of smoke and mirrors and employees are told only what the management think you need to know Unethical behavior by Senior Management toward employees Very political environment No recognition for achievements Highly pressurized sales environment High turnover of staff
