No matching 401k, high turnover, absolutely no opportunities for advancement, low wage increases, treatment of employees is pretty horrible as management acts as though they couldn't care less that you are stuck working 7 days a week for weeks on end, and they force you to work half days so you don't even receive overtime all of which is adding heaps of mental and physical stress on you...absolutely no work/life balance. Unless you are corporate/upper management, you're also stuck working half days on most holidays with very few holidays totally off, terrible uniforms that make you look like a parking lot attendant when you work in the office and fit nobody's body type, and while telling you how much you make, they will add in what they pay in benefits as well as what they pay in Gracehill courses--it was laughable since it added on like $8 to my hourly wage. I'd rather have an $8 an hour raise and pay for my own health insurance out-of pocket.
