Pros

Work from home is flexible, but you are also expected to be available at all times.

Cons

They don’t have cash or reserves to pay their employees in a slight recession. Just laid off 30 people which is 20% of the firm. No notice, no explanation, just a massive layoff of 30 employees in one day, with only two weeks severance offered.

Pros

remote / work from home, that is about all.

Cons

So much talk and no real action - always positive to your "face" about the growing company and job outlook. Such a BOOMING company but then out of nowhere perform job cuts or as they classified it, a RIF, Reduction in Force. Why would they waste so much time and resources to do a bunch of hiring right before this took place? Employees that were let go were very much apart of the interview process (which is very extensive) as well as the training and onboarding of new employees. None of it made any sense whatsoever. The people they let go were very much targeted and it was a very calculated move. No genuine care, respect or loyalty for their employees. Lousy severance packages offered. They do not practice what they preach - the core values are a real joke and falsity. EOS does not seem to be beneficial to the business model. Those in "high up" positions need to be re-evaluated because something they are doing is clearly not working.

Pros

FNRP has some really strong hardworking mid-level and lower- level employees who are passionate about making the company stronger.

Cons

Leadership is absolutely clueless. There was once a really positive culture that they have since destroyed. Following layoffs, they left some departments incredibly short staffed, while expecting the exact same output. Meanwhile, they continued to hire in other departments. Even if this was a necessary move, which has since been proven untrue, the communication and timing was ridiculous and tone-deaf. In my department, they hired 5-6 people in a matter of 2 months, then turned around and laid off 6 meople the next month. The people who were laid off had the exact same roles as those who were hired the months prior. It was truly a heartless decision made by the clueless leadership.
