Pros
If you're in sales they don't care much if you've jumped from job to job (even after just a month). For sales, they will take on the broken and bowed. Sales people (if they perform) can be paid well.
Cons
Too many to mention but they include: No raises Evil leadership Anyone in middle management or support positions are paid very poorly 80 hour work weeks as the norm for staff supporting sales Racist and sexist comments Extremely unsafe work environment
