      Pros

      I have been with the company a few years now and it has been a great career move for me, in that time I have been encouraged and supported to gain my CII qualifications. Recently the company have addressed some things the staff were asking for so we now get extra annual leave and I feel during the pandemic the company has really supported me. The working culture and moral have also been brilliant in and have got even better the last year or 2 with changes the management have made getting staff more involved and rewarding us.

      Cons

      Slightly earlier start time than my old job but slightly earlier finish time too so I cant complain!
