Pros
A paycheck. That’s it. Awful place to work.
Cons
Micromanagement, not addressing bullying, poor salaries, ZERO DEI, outdated technology, ZERO employee recognition, ZERO employee appreciation. They only care about lining their pockets on the backs of their employees-mostly women - whom they treat like crap. Same with people of color. If you’re a white male, you might like it, but even they are fed up with the non-existent leadership. Worst place I’ve ever worked. By far.
