Pros

The only pro to this company is the 401k match and PTO (although you are questioned incessantly when wanting to take your earned time).

Cons

*Pay - the company likes to promote from within so that they can pay 40-50% below the industry average for a role and claim it's due to not having experience, even though you do the work every single day. Over time as you gain experience, they will still refuse to bring pay up to average. *Antiquated systems, processes, and procedures and little desire to change for efficiency and to keep up with the industry and growth of the company *Management - Micro-manage down to 15 minute intervals and take time away from completing tasks then question why something is not yet completed.
