      Easy tasks, mindless, clean and quiet environment

      Cons

      Old technology, clique-like environment and ridiculous standards for customer service. They expect you to do anything for a sale, flirt, get insulted, yelled at, and harassed by customers. It's a constant revolving door, no one stays for long and if they do, it's because they're a part of the problem

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Co-workers all pull together and enjoy team building activities and share experiences in many community events. People really share and help each other.

      Cons

      Limited upward growth if not in bank's retail/commercial areas. Not a lot of cons here. People enjoy perks including volunteering in community and having fun doing so. Employees events in fun places help us get to know more people
