      Worst Leadership ever

      not a lot of pros to work with here. a few nice coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership is the old tough guy approach where they want to stick a finger in your chest and tell you get going "or else"! CEO vision is short sighted at best and decisions are made with knee-jerk reactions.

      Pros

      Co-workers are friendly, most days its a low pressure work environment. co-workers do help each other out as needed. Depending on your role, you may like the culture.

      Cons

      Since I'm a current employee, I wont write anything bad. Its too risky. I dont know how they would respond if an employee posted honest cons about working here.
