Pros

-My coworkers were amazing, only reason I would ever stay. -Teller pay was higher than a lot of banks

Cons

-Lots of favoritism -HIGH turnover -The credit union has lost it's vision of customer service and based it on numbers like a BANK -Unfair goals for lower employees such as tellers -Low pay

Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

FCCU is completely disorganized. The HR Department has no idea what they are doing. There is a lot of nepotism in this company so much so that my hiring manager and trainer warned me about who I talked to about what. The training is absolutely ridiculous! It is so long 4+ weeks and covers nothing in relation to your position. Another new hire and myself were in a training lab doing computer modules with no trainer for two weeks. We finished the assignment in two days and NOBODY came in to check if we had completed our work. All we did was sit in that room from 9-5. Whenever I did get on the job training at a branch I realized that everyone who works here is miserable and is only there for a paycheck. Don't waste your time look elsewhere for gainful employment!

Pros

Learned a lot of what to look out for in a company (red flags)

Cons

They could care less about the overtime you put compared to the one minute you were late, very poor management, extreme favoritism, alot of family members work there so a ton of personal life is brought into the work place and of course favoritism, exteremly male dominant executive team, don't EVER expect a good raise, TONS of gossiping (it felt more like a high school at times - very annoying), inappropriate feedback/ comments from management at times/ aggressive and fairly uncomfortable, everyone seems to be a lapdog to the executives. The management team separates themselves from their employees at a level that is absurd to get anything done in a decent amount of time. Place is turning into a bank more and more every day. If you give any feedback what so ever that they dislike you are assured to be out the door in no time. management makes rookie calls which seems silly considoring some of them have been there for 6+years. It's not their first rodeo so how are they still always behind schedule? Exteremly unorganized, extraordinarily close minded. And reviews? Forget it. Don't expect to get one untill months after its due. And when you do expect to get negative and condradicting feedback most that doesn't even have anything to do with the work that you do there. Tons of micromanagement. Very hypersensitive management. I could go on...
