Great bank, shady management

Pros

Great employees. Advanced in technology. Good products to offer customers. Flexible at times

Cons

Upper management plays favorites. It’s crazy how one person is the reason for a 6 person turn over and they are still there. Micromanaging and making the Searcy market locations toxic to work in.

Pros

The Secondary Market division was like a family. We all worked great together. It will be a sad day when this division of the bank closes its doors.

Cons

Operations center building needs some improvements, paint, new door frames, an exterminator. Other than that, its not too bad, Needs a bit more exposure as well.
