One of the most toxic work environments. Second shift supervisors at the Dublin location are incredibly unprofessional. They talk about guards behind their backs, lie about guards to other guards, and lie/withhold information from guards. If the supervisors like you, you end up in control room (regardless if you've only been there for a couple weeks). If they don't like you, they'll put you at some of the worst posts on the site. Parking here is a mess right now, and there are frequent OSHA violations occurring. They'll tell you that they are the best paying security company in Columbus- that is a lie. Don't be lured in by their sign on bonuses. The turn around rate for guards here is ridiculous. It may eventually get better if new supes are introduced, but this seems to be a common occurrence with all FCS locations.

Putrid work morale. People call off all the time so prepare to consistently leave late if it’s you they were relieving. Communication between shifts is minimal and post orders contradict themselves so prepare for the he said she said on what the post orders actually are. Also, management is afraid to scold minorities for fear of seeming racist. This company is the epitome of affirmative action to the extent that minorities get a little bit of a pass. I’ve watched a minority get away with being out of uniform wearing a ninja turtles beanie cap as I get scolded moments later for having a FCS assigned beanie cap on inside.
