      Hectic but worthwhile, a good learning experience. Good place to gather experience in the industry.

      Pros

      Good location, far enough from the city but close to suburbs. Centralized headquarters. Strong and structured company goals. Decent employee culture.

      Cons

      Pays on the low end. Complicated and outdated system not very user friendly. Very heavy traffic along Cicero avenue makes end of day commute tough.

      could find great coworkers, okay office space, occasional free food and gifts, WFH opportunities

      Cons

      toxic work environment marked by unprofessional behavior, unrealistic workloads with low pay, MICROMANAGEMENT, constant abuse from customers because other departments don't answer, rules often bent, constant burnout

      Pros

      As a former employee, I enjoyed working with the people within my unit. But that was about the only pro.

      Cons

      Unfair management. Being punished for not being able to complete other departments tasks aside from our other prioritizes was extremely draining and stressful and not worth it.
