      Working with other therapist and children

      Cons

      Money driven, power hungry, always have to be right bullies. Owner has anger issues! Cares more about money than vulnerable children. Money not worth the stress. Tiny venue. Owner has been very unkind to parents and staff even kicking out children who need support.

      Staff were not supported or understood in terms of staff well-being and health Intense work with barely any support High turnover rate Short lunch with certain people not getting to go to lunch due to poor staff retention
