Pros

Off on weekends. Clients are awesome.

Cons

Upper management is extremely unethical. This bank is going to go under just like Cooperative Bank did a few years back. I would stay far, far away. Bank is only after the bottom line and doesnt truly care about helping the clients. If you have any sort of heart, not the place for you.

Pros

I had a really good manager first location. Everyone in the branch drank a beer every Friday while we closed, we would get recognized for good work once a week. Company wise, they take care of their employees or I really just had a great manager in the beginning. We had good coffee, a snack drawer, some groceries, a playroom, awesome employee meetings with fun activities.

Cons

You get written up for just about every little reason, not balancing your drawer is bad even if they find the error the next day which they will suggest since everyone wants to go home, you'll agree then realize they found the error in your balancing but still counted the fact that you didn't balance your drawer, it is really, really hard to move up. I planned on starting in a branch then moving to the call center. Well that didn't happen. I was robbed at gun point then had to go on meds for anxiety because I hated handling cash, I moved branches then realized my new managers were not as good as my first one, the environment was negative, tense, and tellers were yelled at over hand sanitizer. I got written up for asking my manager not to yell at us. I wanted to transfer to the call center and my managers didn't allow it. Instead, I kept getting written up then I got fired. I felt betrayed after everything I had gone through after the robbery. You work long hours on your feet all day. branch shift is inconvenient 9-6PM.
