      Pros

      The employees are nice. CEO is not in HK.

      Cons

      CEO is a bully, has no manners when talking to his emplyees. He makes you feel stupid and is very discouraging to work with. He's also a micro-manager who thinks he's always correct, you won't be able to work the way you want to, or do a good job.

      friendly colleagues, fun environment , exciting projects.

      Cons

      Very low salary. insane work load. and if they mean 8 hr that means 8 hr. not time for think a bit or sip a coffee mug in that 8 hr.
